FRIDAY NIGHT SETUP (OPTIONAL BUT PREFERRED)
If you would like to set up the night before you may arrive Friday evening the 5th and set up between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm in the Higher Vision Parking Lot. There will be someone there to direct you to your spot. This will help you to not have to set up early on Saturday morning. We will have overnight Security x 3 there to keep all setup areas safe and secure throughout the evening until Saturday mornings event.
SET UP SATURDAY MORNING
If you choose to setup on Saturday morning the day of the event the 6th you may arrive and setup as early as 6:00 am to be setup by 7:00 am. All sponsor/vendor vehicles not a part of your display shall be parked in the parking lot at the far north end of the Higher Vision building.
